As an entrepreneur and musician who has owned and operated multiple businesses, and been immersed in the entertainment industry, she has a unique perspective as an attorney. She understands what the business owners, creators, and entertainers are going through and what pitfalls may arise.

Melissa has a proven track record of success both in and out of the courtroom and assists clients with risk management, strategic planning, business formation, IP, contracts, employment agreements, operating agreements, succession planning, compliance regulation, and as General Counsel. Her focus is on business and entertainment law transactional matters and business advisement, as well as Intellectual Property matters involving Trademarks, Trade Dress, Trade Secrets, and Copyrights.

She is a Graduate of Georgia State University's College of Law and hold a certification in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.
